We also offer ground floor Business Storage units and exterior Drive-up Container Storage. We provide offices, fully furnished and rented on a monthly notice basis or longer if you prefer. You can stay as long or as short as you wish and leave at one months’ notice.

At North East Space, we offer tailor-made Workshops from 400 square feet to 1500 square feet. These can be supplied with single or 3-phase power. Workshops are self-contained units, ideal for trades and services or manufacturing and fabrication. Very suitable for start-ups.
A Mini-Business Unit is a storage unit with either an integrated or adjoining office. They are ideal for start-ups or established small businesses in distribution of stock or products but also requiring an office presence for administration and client and supplier visits.
